We take great care in delivering the ordered products on time and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect/ undamaged condition.

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

  1. A wrong product dispatched, or if a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  2. If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  3. If the product received is damaged.

Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered with or damaged upon delivery.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at +91 98102 85942 (Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at www.apricushome.com. You can also submit your Return Request by signing into ‘My Account’ and filling the ‘Submit a Support Request’ form to initiate the return process.
  2. You are also required to mail a good-quality picture of the received product depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to info@apricushome.com (you can mail the picture in the first step for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details about its eligibility for return.
  3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. It usually takes 2-3 working days to organize a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
  4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for important details.
  5. Products sold during a discount period are not eligible for refund or return.

CASH ON DELIVERY

The following terms and conditions are created, keeping in mind that most of the products on the website are fragile items. By availing of Cash on the Delivery facility you agree to the following terms and conditions

  1. In the case of Cash on Delivery: a confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the call.
  2. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures.   3. Only cash payments will be accepted before the package/ order is handed over under the COD format. Demand Drafts/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.
  4. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.
  5. Any dispute arising out is subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi.

 POINTS TO REMEMBER:

  1. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned to our stores.
  2. The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  3. The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
  4. The product can be returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
  5. www.apricushome.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
