- Returns start by contacting customer service for a return label.
- Do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
- A wrong product was dispatched or does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- Quality or manufacturing defects are identified on the received product.
- The product is received in a damaged condition—report immediately with photos; do not accept packages if they are damaged at delivery.
- All refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back; the refund is credited to your wallet or the original payment method.
- Returns are not entertained on products delivered in perfect/undamaged condition.
